Ingredients

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 Green Apple
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax seeds
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 scoop Grass-fed collagen optional

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
